1. Audience Ticket & Registration
1. Entry to the Rajasthan Creator Award Show is strictly allowed only through valid ticket purchase and successful registration.
2. Every ticket holder will receive a special Combo Gift provided by Mahima Bhog.
3. The Combo Gift will include:
1.Event Entry Pass
2.Selected Mahima Bhog kitchen-use products
3.Special Audience Gift Pack
2. Gifts & Home Delivery Policy
1. Any gift, prize, or benefit allotted to a ticket holder will be delivered to their registered home address, even if the ticket holder is unable to attend the event.
2. The Combo Gift will be delivered within 7 days of successful registration.
3. The delivery address and contact details provided at the time of registration must be accurate and complete.
4. The organizer will not be responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete details.
5. Once delivered, gifts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
3. Ticket Refund Policy
1. Tickets once purchased are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
2. No refund will be provided if the ticket holder does not attend the event for any reason.
4. Creator Awards & Voting Process
1. The event will feature three (3) Mega Creator Awards.
2. Award winners will be selected solely through audience voting.
3. The organizer reserves the right to monitor, regulate, modify, or audit the voting process to ensure fairness and transparency.
4. Any fraudulent, unfair, or manipulated voting activity may result in disqualification.
5. Creator Video & Collaboration Guidelines
1. Selected creators must create three (3) promotional videos related to the Rajasthan Creator Award Show.
2. All videos must be posted in collaboration with the official Rajasthan Creator Award social media account.
3. Videos must be uploaded within the timeline specified by the organizer.
4. Content containing objectionable, misleading, or inappropriate material will not be accepted.
6. Content Usage Rights
1. Any photos, videos, reels, or media created by creators or the audience related to the event may be used by Mahima Bhog and the Rajasthan Creator Award Show for promotional, marketing, and branding purposes.
2. No additional payment, royalty, or claim shall be applicable for such usage.
7. Conduct & Discipline
1. Any form of misconduct, misbehavior, disturbance, or violation of rules may result in removal from the event and cancellation of associated benefits.
2. The organizer’s decision in all such matters shall be final and binding.
8. Organizer Rights
1. Mahima Bhog / Rajasthan Creator Award Show management reserves the right to:
Modify or update these Terms & Conditions
Change event schedule, format, venue, or voting procedures
Take necessary decisions in unforeseen circumstances
